Arkady asked that proposals have dates. 1. Proposal describing the meaning of formal votes for MPI/RT 1.1. FV-1: Approve the standalone proposal as is. If there are any major changes, FV-1 must be repeated. FV-2: Permission to integrate, with presumption of no more changes, unless some problem is discovered. FV-3: As part of finalization of the whole document, accept the integrated proposal, as amended to remove errors and to add clarifications. a. Proposal formally approved 4/0/0 2. This proposal is ready to be integrated into the document now. 9. Container Iterators Proposal a. Minor editorial changes, mainly to bindings were offered. b. FV-2, approved 5/0/0. 10. Buffer Iterator Retrieve Proposal a. Rename functions to avoid abbreviations b. Discussion regarding thread safety, purported utility in practical settings. c. Function name changed to MPIRT_BUFITER_SNAPSHOT. d. FV-1, approved 3/1/1. 11. Clique All-to-all Collective Channel Proposal a. Modified some text. b. Satisfied ourselves that bindings are correct; no syntactic or semantic changes. c. FV-1, approved 5/0/0. 12. Errata to MPI/RT 1.0 Standard a. In addition to posting with MPI/RT 1.0, post with MPI/RT 1.1 document. Certain points suspended pending 1.1 final outcomes, and will be omitted from 1.0 posting. b.
